Area: Crested Butte Rural

Just outside of Crested Butte, you are a short drive, bike or walk from everything located in the Crested Butte valley, whether it is Crested Butte’s restaurants, shops or arts or Mt. Crested Butte’s access to CBMR’s base area with winter skiing and summertime biking and hiking. The rec path between the Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte makes getting to both towns enjoyable by walking, biking or Nordic skiing in the winter. There is a walk/bike trail heading south from Crested Butte past Skyland, not to mention miles of single track trails all over the north end of the Valley. Properties surrounding the two towns are for those who like the convenience of being close to everything.
